McNease Convention Center

The McNease Convention Center offers four meeting spaces, each of which can be divided into thirds. The venue’s most popular space offers more than 12,200 square feet in the largest meeting room. This space can accommodate 1,200 theater style, and 700 banquet style. There is a wide variety of events, including conventions, trade shows, dinner, dances, wedding receptions, quinceañeras, and concerts. The turnkey rental rates are San Angelo’s most competitive.

San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts

The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts is an art museum serving 14 counties located on the River Walk in San Angelo. It features a research library, education wing, a rooftop sculpture collection, and meeting space. The space can accommodate 280 people standing and 200 banquet style. The roof-top terrace can also accommodate 280 people standing and 200 banquet style.

San Angelo Performing Arts Center

The San Angelo Performing Arts Center located in the heart of Downtown, has four meeting rooms available for rent. Studio can accommodate 50 people theater style. Black Box can accommodate 120 people theater style and 80 people banquet style. Theatre can accommodate 300 people. Lobby can accommodate 150 people for “come and go” receptions.

West Texas Training Center

The West Texas Training Center is a facility that serves the workforce needs of West Texas with three meeting rooms available to rent. Rapid Response Room offers 5,500 square feet that accommodates 200 banquet style and 400 theater style. Kevin J. Barry Conference Hall is 2,700 square feet and accommodates 100 banquet and 200 theater style. Wolslager Training Room offers 900 square feet of space that accommodates a maximum of 32 people.

Pecan Creek Pavilion

Pecan Creek Pavilion offers a wonderful setting for private events, including weddings, parties, reunions, and family gatherings. An enclosed climate-controlled facility, the pavilion sits on the banks of Lake Nasworthy. It can accommodate 180 people and has a full-service kitchen and private restrooms. The back door can be rolled up to allow open access to a large covered back porch that faces the water. The outdoor grounds sport a variety of amenities, including a boat ramp, barbecue grill, picnic tables, sand volleyball court, grass volleyball court, and horseshoe and washer pits.

Foster Communications Coliseum

The Foster Communications Coliseum is a circular domed arena with permanent seating for 5,000 and 2,000 portable seats. The arena floor is 20,000 square feet and can accommodate 122—8x10 booths. The climate-controlled facility is ideal for concerts, ice shows, rodeos, circuses, arena football, family shows, trade shows and exhibits.

The Cactus Hotel

The historic Cactus Hotel, one of the original Conrad Hilton hotels, was built in the late 1920’s and has six meeting rooms ideal for business meetings, weddings or family parties. The Top of the Cactus maximum capacity is 150 and includes tables and chairs to seat 100. The Green Room has capacity for 30 people. The Cactus Ballroom holds 350 people. The Mezzanine holds 160 people and includes a small gallery that can serve as a buffet or bar area. The Lobby holds 200 people and can be used for concerts and style shows. The Meeting Room holds 60 people and has a built in stage.

1st Community Federal Credit Union Spur Arena

1st Community Credit Union Spur Arena is 83,160 square feet with 956 regular chair seats, exhibit hall in the lobby, upstairs private club with bar, concession area, 262 permanent 10x10 horse stalls, 140 portable 10x10 horse stalls, and 90+ RV stalls. A climate-controlled facility, it is perfect for a variety of events including rodeos, tennis matches, ropings, concerts, dinners, and dancing.

Elta Joyce Murphey Performance Hall

San Angelo’s grand historic City Auditorium opened its doors on February 8, 1929, and has a seating capacity of 1,328. Located within City Hall at 72 West College Avenue, the venue is home to the magnificent Murphey Performance Hall & Stage, which has hosted an amazing array of talent including Elvis Presley, President Bill Clinton, humorist Will Rogers, bluegrass sensation Alison Krauss, and comedian George Lopez, to name a few.

El Paseo de Santa Angelo

El Paseo de Santa Angelo consists of two concrete floor covered pavilions joined by a terraced walkway. Each pavilion is 42Wx110L and can accommodate 26— 10x10 booths. The Paseo hosts festivals, wedding receptions, birthday parties, dances, and much more!

Fort Concho National Historic Landmark

Fort Concho National Historic Landmark was established in 1867 to protect frontier settlements. Today, it is a historic preservation project and museum with five meeting rooms that can be rented for daytime and evening functions. Officers’ Quarters 8 can accommodate 50-75 people for a sit-down event and more for a “come and go” reception. Commissary can accommodate 175-250 people. Quartermaster accommodates 150 people. The Stables, the largest space for rent, can accommodate 350-600 people. Barracks 6 can accommodate 100-125 people.

Wells Fargo Pavillion

The Wells Fargo Pavilion is a 20,000 square feet facility with occupancy for 1,320, and more than 2,000 parking spaces. It can accommodate 98—10x10 exhibit booths, seating for up to 1,000 people with rectangular tables, or 700 people with round tables. The pavilion is a climate-controlled, smoke-free facility perfect for hosting weddings, receptions, quinceañeras, business events, trade shows, and much more.

The Junell Center/Stephens Arena

The Junell Center/Stephens Arena provides a world-class setting for educational, cultural, social, and athletic events for audiences and spectators and holds 5,500 to 6,400. The Auxiliary Court is available for smaller programs or as additional space for larger programs, requiring its use in conjunction with the arena floor.

CJ Davidson Conference Center at ASU

The CJ Davidson Conference Center is a full-conference facility with more than 110,000 square feet of meeting space and includes several dining options. The center doubles as a student union with access to mail services and ASU Book Store.

Bill Aylor Sr. Memorial River Stage

The Bill Aylor Sr. Memorial River Stage is an outdoor amphitheater,located on the banks of the Concho River. The fan-shaped River Stage incorporates the natural terrain and gives the audience a view through the stage to a fountain in the river. The concrete area can accommodate 900 folding chairs, while an additional 8,000 spectators can fit comfortably on the hillside. The stage house measures 3,700 square feet. More than one-third of this square footage is the stage itself, which measures 1,325 square feet. The remaining square footage contains restrooms, dressing rooms, storage, and stage equipment rooms.
