Fall is officially here in San Angelo! Get ready to enjoy a blend of fall colors, pumpkin patches, apple cider, and pumpkin spice-flavored everything! This fall in San Angelo there are plenty of seasonal activities all around the Oasis in West Texas. We have gathered 10 ideas to help your family plan the best fall season here in this beautiful city. We can't wait to see you!

1. Pick pumpkins and enjoy a fun corn maze!

Whether picking beautiful flowers on Saturdays and Sundays or haunted corn mazes' (October 22-30) is your thing, you have got to experience the 2021 design of the four-acre corn maze at the Circle S Acres corn maze & pumpkin patch in Wall. Pecan Creek Farm & Ranch in San Angelo (Starting September 25th) will feature countless festive activities for the whole family!

2. Attend an Oktoberfest!

Celebrate traditional German heritage at one of the Oktoberfest events around town. The Casual Pint will host their 5th annual Oktoberfest event on September 25th. Then on October 1st, load up the car with the whole family and head to the stables at Old Fort Concho for Oktoberfest! This event is jam-packed with authentic German meals, games for all, and live music. Don't forget to buy your tickets!

3. Order Pumpkin Spice... Everything!

Stop by some of San Angelo's best coffee shops to get your pumpkin spice fix! Buttercup All Day Cafe will feature a tasty Fall menu lineup that will include, Pumpkin overnight oats, Caramel Butter Pecan Latte, Pumpkin cold brew nitro, and so much more! Longhorn Coffee Co. is a local favorite, veteran-owned, and operated coffee shop, with a rich coffee history starting in Tacoma, Washington. Stop by and try some of their blends, we recommend The Concho! The Grind & Brew Cafe is located in our historic downtown, featuring tasty smoothie bowls and of course...coffee! We recommend the Strawberry Cream French Toast Bagel. The Bearded Barista is a fairly new coffee location we have here in San Angelo. They offer a comfortable and inviting atmosphere while you relax and enjoy a cup or two, we recommend the Trick or Treat! 4. Enjoy Work from Local Artists & Vendors.

Paintbrush Alley Market Days returns this September 25th! Look forward to a fun-filled day full of over 50 vendors, artists, live music from San Angelo's own Manny Campos, Rowdy Richter, and more! For more information, follow Paintbrush Alley Market Days on Facebook. Fall Market at Old Central Firehouse on October 16th will be another opportunity to support local artists, vendors, and live music.

5. Attend a Wine Festival.

On October 30th from 11 AM - 4 PM, the Texas Forts Trail will host a wine festival during En Plein Air at Fort Concho. Grab a friend and enjoy wine from all over while seeing the art featured during En Plein Air. Don't forget to purchase tickets for the festival!

6. Camp out at San Angelo State Park!

A year-round activity we enjoy can be found just right down the road at the San Angelo State Park. Enjoy a hike in the Fall breeze while spotting Bison and Texas State Longhorns. Tell spooky stories under the stars and enjoy tasty smores with those you love the most. Make memories that last forever.

7. Rockin the Ranch

The lineup is looking good for this year's Rockin the Ranch event at House of Fifi Dubois! On October 1st through the 3rd, grab a friend and listen to great music in an even better atmosphere. Rockin the Ranch raises funds to help with daily costs at West Texas Boys Ranch.

8. Get Spooked at Fear Station!

Here in the West Texas town of San Angelo, there is a train station that has stood for over 100 years. Once it shuttled people to new lives, now it transports the dead to the hereafter. From October 14th until Halloween, the Railway Museum of San Angelo will transform into a Spooktacular haunted railway. Venture in at your own risk!

9. Attend San Angelo Revolution Film Festival.

On October 14th through the 16th, the second annual, first live San Angelo Revolution Film Festival will introduce the independent film to a West Texas audience, as well as visitors from across the world! Nowhere else in this beautiful city can you catch this gathering of filmmakers and actors while seeing great films and shorts. 10. Celebrate Dia de los Muertos.

From late October through early November, celebrate Dia de Los Muertos in San Angelo, the Mexican holiday that remembers loved ones who have passed. SA Hispanic Heritage Museum & Cultural Center has put together plenty of cultural events around town that are sure to feature music, art, and more! Marigolds are essential for the celebration of Dia de Los Muertos, did you know there were originally called Mary's Gold?
