12 Mile is a Texas Country band based out of San Angelo, TX. Formed out of a happy accident when Beau King (Lead Vocal) was discovered while stocking dog food, and singing his favorite George Strait song at the local Walmart. Charles Reyes (Lead Guitar) approached Beau and invited him to a jam session. They immediately began to write songs with Tim Vasquez (Drums) and Jimmy Patino (Bass Guitar). The music started to take shape but really came alive when another discovery was made, Fiddle player Griffin McDonald. Griff moved to San Angelo to attend Angelo State University and placed an ad in Facebook looking to join a band. After attending one rehearsal Griff was hired. The band immediately knew there was something with this group of guys. 12 Mile placed their faith and their first original songs in the hands of producer Jude Dyllan (Vaudevylle), and began recording at Red Dirt Studio. Jude has worked with Ashley Gorley (Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett), Shane Stevens (Lady Antebellum, Sara Evans), Blair Daly (Little Big Town, Carrie Underwood) and Troy Verges (Taylor Swift, Sara Evans). 12 Mile is set to record a full length EP this summer. 12 Mile has shared the stage with such act as Pat Green, Cory Morrow, Texas Tornado's and William Clark Green. 12 Mile is a polished professional band, ready to take your event or show to the next level. Your crowd will immediately feel the energy, see the excitement, and hear the quality of music the minute 12 Mile hits the stage.
